Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Knockwire, a web-based software subscription operated by Devandgo FZ-LLC(“we”, “us”), trading as Knockwire. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Knockwire identifies companies that resemble your existing customers, records why other companies were rejected, and helps you contact the ones that qualify. It is provided as a subscription over the internet. We may change or improve features, and will give reasonable notice before removing anything you depend on.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.

3. Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Knockwire to:

• send unsolicited bulk messages that do not identify a real sender and a way to opt out;
• contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
• impersonate another person or organisation;
• break the law that applies to you or to the people you contact, including electronic marketing and data protection law;
• attempt to defeat access controls, bot protection or authentication on any third-party site.

These are not decorative. Knockwire is built to refuse this kind of use, and we may suspend an account that attempts it.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you provide and of the results generated for you. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time; your subscription runs to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end an account that breaches section 4, and will explain why.
