Outbound with a filter on it

Find the companies that will actually buy from you.

Knockwire reads the internet, throws out the companies that will never buy, and knocks on the doors of the ones that will. Put your domain in and watch it work.

Why it works

Three things nobody else in outbound will do.

The judgment layer

It shows you what it threw away.

Every rejection carries a written reason. Nine in ten companies never make it past the gates, and you can read all of them. That is how you find out the profile is wrong on day one instead of month three.

Read the public Rejection Index →
Own infrastructure

Reading four thousand to find eleven.

We are built to read a great deal and send very little, which is why we can afford to be this fussy on your behalf.

See the numbers →
Argue with it

Disagree, and it defends itself.

Challenge any rejection and Knockwire either holds its position with a specific reason or concedes and revises. It will not fold just because you pushed.

Try it on your domain →
Capabilities( 6 )

Everything between a stranger and a conversation.

Describe your business once, or upload a list you already have. Knockwire searches continuously rather than handing you a static export, so the pipeline refills itself while you are doing something else.

Run it on your domain →

Three gates: is this a buyer, is there a reason to write now, and is there a legitimate door. A company clears all three or it does not go in the queue.

See the gates →

It crawls for the contact route and records which one it found and how confident it is. If the only way through is around a control someone put there deliberately, the company is marked unreachable and you are not charged for it.

Read the access policy →

Written from the evidence, not a template with the company name slotted in. You supply the offer and the tone, it supplies the sentence that proves someone looked. Approval can be required on every draft.

See a real draft →

Submitted from the right geography, at human pace, with your identity attached. Timestamp, payload, route, and response retained per submission and exportable for when someone asks what you sent.

See the record policy →

One opt-out request removes a company across every campaign in your account and every future run, permanently. The ceiling on messages per company is a floor you can raise but not remove.

Read the rules →
Stats and facts

The infrastructure underneath, and why we can afford to be fussy.

Knockwire runs on established data infrastructure, so reading thousands of companies to find a handful is a cost we carry rather than a line on your invoice.

Public data

The Rejection Index

Nobody in outbound publishes their noes. We publish ours. This is a live, anonymised sample of why companies get thrown out across every account on the platform, updated continuously.

Why publish the failures?

Because a tool that only shows you its wins is indistinguishable from a tool that has no judgment at all. The rejection reasons are the product. If you can read them, you can check them, and if you can check them you can correct the profile.

It is also the fastest way to work out whether Knockwire understands your business. Read the first hundred noes. If they are wrong, the profile is wrong, and you will know inside an afternoon rather than a quarter.

Customer zero

We built it because we needed it.

We were paying a team to do this by hand and getting maybe four good conversations a month out of it. The part that changed things was not the sending. It was finally being able to see what got thrown away and why, because that is where we found out our own profile was wrong.

The rules

Built to survive a conversation with your legal team.

Automated outreach has a deserved reputation problem, earned by tools that blast forms with no ceiling and no record. The restraint here is not a setting you can switch off, and that is the product.

Rate

One knock per company

Per period, by default. You can loosen it. You cannot remove the ceiling.

Door

Form first, inbox second

The contact form the company published is the preferred door. Where there is none, one named person, found and verified, never guessed.

Identity

Always signed

Real company name and a working reply address on every message. No anonymous sends.

Access

No control bypass

Protected form, marked unreachable, no charge. We do not solve challenges to get through a door.

Opt out

Suppression is global

One request removes a company across every campaign and every future run, permanently.

Record

Everything is logged

Timestamp, payload, route, and response, retained and exportable on demand.

Pricing

You pay for knocks that land. Rejections are free.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Is the demo real, or a canned animation?

Real. Enter a domain and it searches the live web, reads what it finds about your company, and looks for actual businesses that match. That is why it takes a minute or two rather than a moment. Run it on a competitor and you get different companies back.

Is automated contact form submission legal?

It depends where the recipient sits. Business to business contact through a published form is generally permitted in the US and much of the world. Several EU states, notably Germany and Italy, require prior consent even between businesses. Knockwire records where each company sits and shows it on every message you review, so that decision is made by you, one message at a time. This is not legal advice and you should confirm your own position before sending at volume.

Why should I trust the judgment?

Because you can audit it and because you can argue with it. Every rejection carries a written reason and every approval carries the evidence behind it. If the profile is wrong you will see it in the rejection log inside the first hundred companies.

How is this different from a cold email tool?

Those optimise for volume: a list, a sequence, a follow-up cadence. Knockwire optimises for the opposite. It reads a great deal and sends very little: one message per company, written for that company, approved by a person before it goes, with no sequence behind it. It goes through the contact form the company published where there is one, and to one named person where there is not. If you want to send ten thousand messages a week, we are the wrong product.

Who is behind it?

An experienced team that has run data infrastructure at scale for years. That foundation is why the demo above can read thousands of companies for free.
